Emergencies

Emergencies only will be seen without an appointment on the same day.  For out of hours emergencies please telephone NHS 111.

Test Results

The patient should phone 01543 377285 for test results between 11 and 12. Allow 7 working days for blood results and 14 to 21 days for x-ray reports.

Repeat Prescriptions

To order a repeat prescription use the tear-off slip attached to your last repeat prescription. Place the repeat slip or note into the repeat prescription box

You may also order online by registering with Patient on line Services.(please ask at Reception to be registered for this service).

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a Doctor when their medication review is due.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.


 

NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do. If you’ve been in close contact with someone with coronavirus Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people.
